⤷ You may use this audios privately. Reselling these audios or using them for profit is not allowed and will get you blacklisted from the service.

⤷ Siena Olena may refuse if she does not want to say or do what you're requesting of her. We will give you 1 chance to change your request through email correspondence, if it doesn't work out then a refund will be issued.

⤷ Estimated delivery may differ, but customers may get their full money back if an ASMR service isn't fulfilled within 50 days of having submitted the full scope of the request.

⤷ There are limited slots. Every month, as soon as every previous month's audios have been fulfilled, the service should be "back in stock" again.

⤷ While we work to achieve high quality audios, we cannot guarantee a completely mastered audio with no background noise. There's lots of factors that could worsen the quality of the audio, such as outside noises, or Siena's wonderful pet car, Maria Bonita, wanting to perform in the ASMR too. We will not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction of the delivery.
